Cultural Food Networks - Food is Connection Webinar Series

Food has the power to transcend time and space to connect us across family, community, and among and between cultures.

The first session of the ‘Food is Connection’ webinar series 'Cultural Food Networks’ on April 27th, hosted by the Food Literacy Working Group and CRFAIR, will dive deep into the ways food cultures weave through networks and relationships to bring people together across unique food histories. This interactive discussion will bring into focus how sharing food fosters community and well-being. Community leaders, restaurant owners, and food justice advocates will consider how food fosters relationships and belonging when it is grown, exchanged, prepared, and shared in a family, culture, and community.
